VRS SkiMo Team

This is the start of the highly anticipated VRS SkiMo Team Blog. A lot of people (Sean) have been asking, “When are you Very Rad Skiers going to start a blog so that I may live vicariously through your epic adventures?” Well, the wait is over!

The VRS SkiMo Team is a brotherhood forged by the hot Alaskan winter sun. The team is ever evolving but it consists of a core group: Vince Stewart, Ryan Conti, Sean Zumwalt, Suzanne Weist, Charity Conti, Marty Byrne, and Chris Luther. After countless ski mountaineering adventures together, we realized we had a skimo team in the making. We decided to make it official with some T-shirt designs. We have yet to sell one, but we are hopeful. All proceeds go to a climbing rope. Anyway, long story short, we like to ski and hike and climb stuff. Some of us even enjoy running… weirdos.

    I’ve been to Florida Sea Base through boy scouts, and even took a ski trip to Aspen this passed year. Can’t wait to hear about your adventures.
